Ben Nadareski transitioned from traditional finance into the web3 and cryptocurrency industry.

Served as a visiting guest lecturer on digital assets and cryptocurrency at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, for over four years.

Held the role of Vice President of Global Trading at Galaxy Digital, where he led the first crypto-derivative trades with global banks.

Co-founded Solstice Labs, a DeFi enterprise backed by Deus X Capital, to build institutional-grade products on Solana, and became its CEO.

Under his leadership, Solstice Labs launched its native Solana stablecoin, USX, and the YieldVault strategy on the Solana mainnet.
