Conlan graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a Bachelor of Business, Economic and Social Studies (BESS) in Business and Sociology.

Rachel Conlan began her career in 2004 as a new business development manager at Euro RSCG in London.

Conlan entered the cryptocurrency industry as the Global Head of Brand and Partnerships at OKX, a role she held for approximately one year.

Conlan joined Binance as Vice President of Global Marketing in 2023.

In late 2023, Conlan was promoted to Global Chief Marketing Officer at Binance, overseeing the company's worldwide marketing strategy.
