Stations

A Station is an on-chain club where groups of 3 to 10,000 members can collectively manage capital for various purposes, such as investing, grants, savings, charities, events, crowdfunding, and NFT collections. Each Station operates through its own DAO contract deployed at creation, maintaining full ownership and management of its assets. Stations have flexible governance and access controls, including transferable or non-transferable memberships and token—or NFT-based gating, with open or private participation options. ^[3]

Spaces

Introduced in StationX V2, Spaces enhances social interaction among investors by connecting them with verified syndicate leads, fostering collaboration, new opportunities, and deal-making. Spaces offers customizable deal pages for quickly launching investment opportunities with contribution links, deal details, and support for stablecoin payments across multiple EVM networks. Investors receive real-time email alerts on deals and fundraising updates. Spaces also allow the creation or integration of low-cost SPVs, paired with non-custodial Safe multisig treasuries for shared deal ownership. Compliance is maintained through privacy-preserving KYC using ZK proofs, enabling investments in on-chain and off-chain opportunities via SPVs with legally binding subscription agreements. ^[4]
