Sudhir Ravi is the CEO of Chiliz, a premier provider of blockchain-backed solutions for sports entertainment and fan engagement, Ravi has established himself as a key figure in merging technology with traditional industries. [1]
Sudhir Ravi received a Master of Science (MS) in Data Science with a concentration in Predictive Analytics (AI) from Northwestern University. He also obtained an MBA in Private Equity from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, where he was a member of the Private Equity Club.
Ravi previously attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing and Finance. During his undergraduate studies, he was included on the Dean’s List. [1]
Sudhir Ravi began his career in technology and digital media in Chicago in 1997, when he founded Corporate OmniMedia. The company developed database-driven Flash applications and was later acquired by a SAP consulting firm. He later joined MIT Consulting Inc. as a partner in emerging technologies, working across management, consulting, and staffing operations.
In 2000, Ravi co-founded Omnimedia Studio, Inc., a web development company that worked with clients in the entertainment industry, including Guitar.com and ModernDrummer.com. During this period, the company operated development teams in the United States and India.
Ravi also worked at SonicWall, where he contributed to website development and warranty and returns process operations.
From 2004 to 2011, Ravi worked through ThinkVariable Inc., where he established an XML-based print solutions practice focused on digital and variable data printing systems. The business operated within a commercial print services company and focused on digital printing technologies, recurring client programs, and production operations.
He later joined RR Donnelley, where he held positions related to analytics, healthcare marketing, and marketing automation between 2011 and 2016. As part of the Analytics and Marketing Solutions Group, he worked on healthcare-related population management frameworks, enterprise partnerships, and analytics-based marketing programs.
From 2016 to 2019, Ravi served as chief revenue officer at Loment Inc., overseeing business activities related to secure messaging and communication products used in healthcare, financial technology, and government services.
Between 2019 and 2020, he worked at RSquared AI in corporate and business development, supporting artificial intelligence applications within private equity and insurance-related sectors. His work included data partnership development and commercial strategy initiatives involving BERT-based artificial intelligence models.
From 2021 to 2025, Ravi served as entrepreneur in residence at 11.2 Ventures, where he worked on projects involving artificial intelligence applications in manufacturing, agriculture, and life sciences.
Ravi has held positions at TJM Capital Partners since 2020. As operating partner, he worked on operational activities across portfolio companies, including organizational coordination, operational development, and portfolio support initiatives.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ravi participated in supply chain coordination efforts involving the delivery of oxygen-generating equipment to hospitals in India. The initiative involved collaboration with logistics partners and philanthropic contributors during periods of healthcare infrastructure strain.
From 2022 to 2026, Ravi served as partner at TJM Capital Partners, participating in fundraising activities, investment-related operations, and investor network development. In 2025, he became an investor within the firm, focusing on industrial and manufacturing-related portfolio companies.
From 2022 to 2023, Ravi served on the board of directors of Steinhafels Furniture following the company’s employee stock ownership transition. His involvement included governance and organizational oversight activities.
In 2026, Ravi became interim chief executive officer of the United States division of Chiliz. In this role, he has overseen activities related to capital markets strategy, regulatory compliance, organizational operations, and brand management within the United States.
Chiliz operates in the blockchain and sports technology sector and develops fan engagement systems based on digital token platforms. Ravi has also participated in blockchain and technology conferences, including Rare Evo, where he has discussed blockchain-related applications across industries.
Since 2005, Ravi has participated in nonprofit and humanitarian activities through Hand In Hand USA, a Chicago-based nonprofit organization involved in educational, healthcare, and emergency relief programs in India and other regions. His involvement has included activities related to child education, medical outreach, and community assistance programs.
