Tim Grant is a financial technology executive and entrepreneur known for his leadership roles that bridge traditional finance and the digital asset industry. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Deus X Capital, a global investment company he co-founded in October 2023. Tim Grant completed a master’s degree in Materials Science and Metallurgy at the University of Cambridge between 1994 and 1997. He subsequently undertook research at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne from 1997 to 1998, focusing on fracture mechanics in metal-matrix composites. He later earned a master’s degree in Financial Engineering from Birkbeck, University of London, during the 1998–1999 academic year. His secondary education was completed at The High School of Glasgow, which he attended from 1991 to 1993. [3]

Since October 2023, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Deus X Capital and has concurrently taken on chairmanships and executive positions across related entities, including Deus X Motorsports, Deus X Pay, Deus X Markets, Cor Prime (Founder and Executive Chairman), Solstice Labs (Co-Founder and Chairman), Alpha Lab 40, ApexE3, DrumG Ventures (Managing Partner), and Saltwater Games. He has also acted as a strategic advisor to Talos Trading and served on boards at organizations such as The Lucas Winery, Hilbert Group, the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance, Custodigit AG, the Global Blockchain Business Council, and the InterWork Alliance. Previously, Grant was Chief Executive Officer of SIX Digital Exchange, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DrumG Technologies, Chief Executive Officer of the R3 Lab and Research Centre, and Head of EMEA at Galaxy Digital.
