Vasily Nikonov founded Velvet.Capital, a DeFi asset management protocol, and assumed the role of CEO.

Nikonov started his Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at both INSEAD and The Wharton School.

While pursuing his MBA, Nikonov worked as a Venture Builder at LongHash Ventures, supporting international startups.

Nikonov began his extensive career at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Visiting Associate.
