In 2020, he was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer, where he expanded the company's client-facing organizations, including relationship management, solutions engineering, global support, settlement operations, and liquidity programs, while working with product, engineering, compliance, and legal teams to support new markets and platform capabilities. In 2026, he became Chief Client Officer, overseeing executive relationships with clients and partners, representing the company in industry and policy discussions, advising senior leadership on market and regulatory developments, and leading external engagement initiatives.
