We've just announced IQ AI.
AGI Open Network (AON), founded in Hong Kong in 2023, is a decentralized AI infrastructure designed to facilitate the creation, deployment, and monetization of AI agents. It seeks to make AI development more accessible by reducing barriers for both experienced and non-experienced creators. [1] [2] [3]
AGI Open Network (AON) seeks to lower entry barriers for both experienced developers and newcomers, making AI technology more accessible and fostering innovation. The network consists of multiple layers, including a Computing Power Layer for AI processing, an AI Model Layer that aggregates over 3,000 open-source model APIs, a Multi-Agent Collaboration Framework for advanced problem-solving, an AI Agent Launchpad for deploying AI solutions, and a PAI Agent Invocation Service that facilitates AI-powered tasks.
AON's ecosystem is composed of developers and users who contribute to its growth and functionality. Developers—including blockchain engineers, AI model creators, and AGI product developers—build and maintain the platform, earning revenue through sales, subscriptions, and token incentives while receiving technical support. Users can interact with AI products, participate in activities to earn tokens, and use them to access AI agents at reduced costs. By integrating these elements, AON aims to create a collaborative and open environment for AI-driven solutions. [4]
The Initial Agent Offering (IAO) model enables creators to generate exclusive tokens for their AI Agents by utilizing a specified amount of AON tokens. This approach facilitates early adoption by allowing initial supporters to acquire and engage with AI Agents during their launch phase.
Following the distribution of AI Agent tokens through a fair launch mechanism, future users must obtain these tokens or use fiat currency to access the AI Agent’s services. This system encourages global participation while providing a structured method for monetization and continued development. [5]
The Initial Model Offering (IMO) model allows AI model developers to create exclusive tokens for their AI models, encouraging independent contributions to open-source AI development. Models approved for IMO within the AON platform are integrated into AI Agents, driving demand for their usage.
A share of the revenue generated by AI Agents utilizing these models is allocated to repurchase and burn the associated AI model tokens, supporting long-term value retention. This mechanism provides potential benefits for investors while promoting sustainable growth within the ecosystem. [6]
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open-source communication standard introduced into the Web3 space by AGI Open Network (AON) to enhance interoperability between AI models, agents, and data sources. By establishing a unified protocol for context sharing, MCP removes the need for custom integrations, allowing AI Agents to interact more efficiently within decentralized ecosystems. This standardization is essential in Web3, where AI Agents typically operate in isolation, limiting their ability to collaborate and scale effectively.
Leveraging MCP, AON has developed the first MCP-Compatible Multi-Agent Collaboration Framework, which enables permissionless interoperability, autonomous collaboration, and real-time payments among AI Agents. This framework allows agents to self-organize, integrate with new services autonomously, and transact seamlessly without prior setup. By implementing a shared communication standard, MCP fosters a decentralized AI environment where AI Agents can combine capabilities, optimize efficiency, and unlock new use cases across various applications. HashKey Group, founded in 2018, is a digital asset financial services firm operating in Asia. It provides investment opportunities and solutions across the Web3 and digital asset sectors while adhering to strict regulatory compliance. The company serves a range of clients, including retail investors, institutions, family offices, and funds. Headquartered in Hong Kong, HashKey Group also has a presence in Singapore, Japan, and Bermuda. [10]
CSDN Global, a subsidiary of CSDN, focuses on Web3-related initiatives and international technology collaboration. CSDN, established in 1999, is a widely recognized Chinese IT platform offering resources such as original blogs, Q&A forums, vocational training, and technical discussions. It serves as a hub for IT professionals, fostering knowledge exchange and development in the technology sector. [9]
AGI Open Network has partnered with Zo, a platform designed for streamlined interaction between humans and AI. Zo functions as an operating system that facilitates seamless coordination, allowing users to connect with others and engage with AI-powered agents within a unified application. The platform integrates AI-driven mini-apps to enhance user experience and expand AI accessibility. [11]
AGI Open Network has partnered with Neurolov, a platform focused on decentralizing GPU resources. Neurolov provides a scalable and cost-effective GPU marketplace, enabling faster and more accessible computing power for AI applications. This collaboration supports the development of AI models by ensuring efficient and affordable computational resources. [12]
AGI Open Network (AON) and Cluster Protocol have partnered to enhance AI development and coordination. This collaboration integrates AON’s AI Agent ecosystem with Cluster Protocol’s modular AI infrastructure, enabling decentralized resource sharing, AI monetization, and seamless hosting. The partnership also includes joint marketing efforts to drive adoption and innovation in the Web3 AI space. [14]
