Alexander Blume’s career spans traditional finance, venture investment, and digital asset entrepreneurship. He served as a volunteer with the Peace Corps in Panama (2011–2012), an experience that informed his subsequent focus on blockchain-based financial applications. He later held roles at Merrill Lynch and Prana Capital Group, gaining experience in asset management and volatility-focused investment strategies.

Blume went on to work as a digital asset investment analyst at Tomorrow Ventures and provided advisory support to organizations including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum on applications of emerging financial technologies. He later founded Atomic Capital, where he served as chief executive officer.
