We've just announced IQ AI.
Artificial Superintelligence Alliance is a collaborative open-source initiative focused on developing decentralized Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). Established in April 2024, the alliance was formed through a tokenomic merger of Fetch.ai, SingularityNET, and Ocean Protocol, with CUDOS subsequently joining as a network member. [1]
The Artificial Superintelligence Alliance operates with a mission to democratize decentralized AI, providing an open-source innovation stack designed to empower developers, enterprises, and researchers globally. This stack facilitates the creation of ethical, scalable, and innovative AI solutions, ensuring that advanced intelligence remains a shared and accessible resource for all. The alliance envisions building a decentralized Artificial Superintelligence through global collaboration, aiming to enable individuals to address significant global challenges by leveraging collective wisdom and diverse perspectives. This vision emphasizes transparency, inclusivity, and equitable access to ensure that revolutionary AI benefits humanity broadly. [1]
The Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (ASI) was established through a tokenomic merger of Fetch.ai ($FET), SingularityNET ($AGIX), and Ocean Protocol ($OCEAN), integrating decentralized AI, data, and infrastructure efforts under a unified framework. The initiative launched in mid-2024 with a token migration process that consolidated $AGIX and $OCEAN tokens into the Fetch.ai ($FET) ecosystem on Ethereum.
In October 2024, CUDOS joined the Alliance, contributing decentralized GPU compute capabilities and further enhancing the Alliance’s multi-chain infrastructure. This integration included validator redelegation and expanded the Alliance’s reach across various blockchain networks.
Together, the founding members bring a range of technical contributions, including work on multi-agent systems, tokenized data marketplaces, symbolic AI engines, and distributed computing platforms. Notable milestones include the deployment of ASI-1 Mini, a Web3-native language model; Qwello, a symbolic reasoning engine; and infrastructure supporting cross-chain AI agents, compute, and knowledge sharing. [6]
This is described as the world's first Web3 Large Language Model (LLM) specifically designed for agentic AI, enabling advanced natural language processing capabilities within decentralized applications. [3] [9]
A platform for creating and deploying autonomous AI agents. [3]
ASI Compute serves as the decentralized execution infrastructure of the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance, supporting large-scale AI training, inference, and agent operations. Powered by CUDOS, the platform integrates decentralized and federated computing resources to deliver scalable, cost-effective processing without centralized control. [10]
The ASI Wallet, previously known as the Fetch Wallet, is the official non-custodial wallet developed by Fetch.ai for the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance. It enables users to securely manage ASI tokens and interact with decentralized applications across the Fetch.ai, Cosmos, and other supported networks. [11]
ASI Data is a decentralized data infrastructure within the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance, designed to support the creation, management, and monetization of data-centric applications. It enables developers to build token-gated dApps, launch data marketplaces, and integrate AI workflows, while emphasizing data security and privacy. [12]
The Artificial Superintelligence Alliance is powered by the FET token, which serves as the unified cryptocurrency for its ecosystem. The FET token was established through a community-approved tokenomic merger that combined the native tokens of Fetch.ai ($FET), SingularityNET ($AGIX), and Ocean Protocol ($OCEAN). This consolidation aimed to create a single, robust economic backbone for the alliance's infrastructure and applications, driving decentralized innovation. The FET token facilitates governance, economic coordination, and incentivizes participation across the network.
FET facilitates interoperability across multiple chains, including Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Cosmos, Cardano, and Fetch.ai’s native network. The total supply of FET is capped at 2.71 billion tokens, with approximately 2.39 billion currently in circulation. Cross-chain availability and on-chain registries further support decentralized AI agents, incentivizing service quality through reputation-based mechanisms. [1] [4] [7]
