Guy Wuollet has worked primarily in venture investing and research related to decentralized technologies and digital infrastructure. He began his career with research roles, including work with the Stanford Economics Program on Energy and Sustainable Development in 2017 and independent research in collaboration with Protocol Labs, where he focused on decentralized networking protocols and core internet infrastructure. In 2018, he joined Andreessen Horowitz in a market development role, later serving as a scout for OVO Fund from 2019 to 2020 while continuing short-term research work with Protocol Labs.
Wuollet joined the a16z crypto team in an investing and research capacity around 2020, becoming an Investment Partner from 2020 to 2025.
