Jonathan Levin is the Co-Founder and CEO of , a company he co-founded in 2014 with to provide analysis and investigation tools for government agencies, exchanges, and financial institutions, with the mission of enhancing trust and transparency in the digital asset ecosystem. Levin initially served as Chief Strategy Officer for the first decade of the company, leading teams across strategy, corporate development, sales, marketing, research and development, and policy and government affairs. On December 3, 2024, he officially assumed the role of CEO and also serves on the Chainalysis Board of Directors. Prior to founding , Levin was CEO of Coinometrics, a firm focused on measuring and analyzing activity on the network, where he managed global operations and established the company’s international brand. He completed a Master of Philosophy in Economics at the University of Oxford and held positions including Research Assistant at the Oxford Martin School, Student Analyst at Vivid Economics, and internships at The Pershing Square Foundation and Xstrata Plc, gaining experience in research, investment analysis, and commodity markets.
