Career

Yang's professional career began in traditional institutional finance before she transitioned to the technology and blockchain sector. Her experience spans roles in sales, strategy, and executive leadership. Yang started her career in 2019 at Credit Suisse, where she worked as an Analyst in institutional sales. She held this position until 2021. Following her time at Credit Suisse, she moved to Morgan Stanley. At Morgan Stanley, she served as a Senior Associate, also in institutional sales, from 2021 to 2023. These roles provided her with foundational experience in capital markets and client relations within established financial institutions. In 2023, Yang moved into the technology industry, becoming a founding member of an organization named Circuit Research. In this capacity, she contributed to the organization's early development and operational setup. This role marked her formal entry into the emerging technology space. ^[2]​

Eigen Labs

Yang joined Eigen Labs in 2024, initially taking on a role focused on strategy. Eigen Labs is a technology company founded by Sreeram Kannan, a former professor at the University of Washington. The company focuses on developing blockchain-based infrastructure for verifiable computing and decentralized applications. One of its main goals is to combine the capabilities of traditional cloud computing with blockchain-based verification mechanisms. The company's primary platform is known as EigenCloud, which was formerly called EigenLayer. Eigen Labs develops tools and systems to support applications in fields such as finance, artificial intelligence, and digital infrastructure, aiming to expand the use cases for blockchain beyond financial transactions into general-purpose computing. The company maintains operational hubs in Seattle and New York and operates with a distributed workforce. Within the same year she joined, Yang was appointed Head of APAC for Eigen Labs, a position that placed her in charge of the company's initiatives and presence in the Asia-Pacific region. Her leadership in this role led to her promotion in July 2025 to the position of General Manager. As General Manager, her responsibilities expanded to include oversight of the company's capital markets activities and strategic partnerships. ^[2]​
