Yuheng Chan
Yuheng Chan is the Founder and CEO of Delysium, a decentralized and scalable framework for AI agents that enables users to create their own AI-Twins. He is also the CEO of rct AI, a technology company incubated by Y Combinator that provides solutions in the gaming industry and builds the Metaverse with AI-generated content. [1][2][3]
Education
Yuheng Chan attended Beihang University for a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering between 2011 to 2015. In 2019, he was a Y Combinator fellow in the Winter 2019 batch. [1]
Career
Yuheng Chan started his career in November 2014 as a Software Engineer at SenseTime Group Limited. Afterward, he worked as a Full-stack Software Engineer at TataUFO until October 2015. From 2017 to July 2018, Chan served as the Chief of Staff at Baidu Inc. where he managed the entire BU, leading and participating in all details of product, software and hardware development, supply chain, marketing, strategic partnerships, and all aspects of BU operation. In 2018, he was assigned the COO at Raven Tech leading and participating in all details of product, software, and hardware development, supply chain, marketing, strategic partnerships, and all aspects of financial/legal operations. [4]
In September 2018, Chan founded rct AI and served as the COO and Tech Lead. He became the CEO of the company in April 2021. rct AI is a company building Metaverse with AI on Blockchain. It is backed by Galaxy Interactive, Anthos Capital, Makers Fund, Skysaga Capital, Y Combinator (W19), and others. rct AI is providing AI solutions to gaming companies and developing crypto games. [2]
Delysium
Yuheng Chan founded Delysium in 2021 and serves as the CEO. Led by rct AI, Delysium offers a simplified architecture designed to support an advanced AI-Agent Network and its ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and fast communication. This architecture consists of two main layers: the Communication Layer (also known as the Fundamental Layer) and the Blockchain Layer. Within these layers, the broader ecosystem—including the community, development, and interaction of AI Agents—is integrated. [3]
Delysium completed its first round of private-sale of over $4 million in March 2022, led by Galaxy Interactive and Republic Crypto with Anthos Capital, Bas1s Ventures, Eureka Meta Capital, Y2Z Ventures, Tess Ventures, Infinity Ventures Crypto, Lucid Blue Ventures, Unix Gaming, Ancient8, PathDAO, YGG SEA, Mask Network, Smrti Lab, Metasense DAO and other institutions participating in the investment. In October 2022, Delysium announced a $10 million strategic funding round led by LA-based VC Anthos Capital with participation from Immutable, GSR, Blockchain Coinvestors, Leonis Capital, Plancker DAO, Antalpha Ventures(Bitmain’s venture arm), Perion and Formless Capital. [6]
