In 2016, Kurz joined the healthcare technology company Doctor.com, where he held senior finance and operations positions including director of finance, vice president of finance and operations, and chief financial officer and chief operating officer. He later joined Sweet as chief financial officer from 2021 to 2026 and also worked on independent consulting engagements focused on finance and growth-stage business strategy.
